Church Management System
Two-sided church platform: an administrative system for membership, attendance and finance, plus a member-facing app with PentChat and Pentecost Academy.
The situation
Church administration, communication and discipleship content were split across paper records and ad hoc messaging, with no member-facing way to access daily devotionals, structured Bible study or discipleship material between services.

What was built
A two-sided church management platform. On the admin side: membership and cluster management, Sunday check-in, pastoral care and follow-up, financial records and statements, and statistical/COP reporting. On the member side: a Pentecost Academy of structured, audio-based discipleship courses for new converts, members and leaders, a daily devotional with reflection and prayer, a full multi-translation Bible reader, and PentChat — an AI assistant trained on church doctrine, history and governance.

Deployed and in active use
- Membership, cluster and attendance records are now managed in one system instead of paper and spreadsheets.
- Pastoral follow-up and financial statements are handled inside the same platform used for day-to-day administration.
- Members have self-serve access to devotionals, the Bible reader and Pentecost Academy outside of services.

Currently running on SQLite while the deployment is small. PostgreSQL is planned as usage grows and concurrent check-in activity increases.
